BusinessGlobal.com values the privacy of its users, including all exhibitors, sponsors, visitors, and others (individually or collectively, “user” or “users“) that organize, participate in, visit and contribute to virtual events hosted on the BusinessGlobal.com proprietary virtual exhibition platform, and that otherwise use www.businessglobal.com and its associated websites, products, and services (collectively, “BusinessGlobal.com” or “our websites”). This Privacy Policy details our practices with respect to any information you provide to us, or that we acquire through your use of BusinessGlobal.com, and explains how we may collect, use, and in some instances share this information. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the BusinessGlobal.com Terms of Use. Your use of BusinessGlobal.com and any personal information you provide to us are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
Please note that BusinessGlobal.com allows certain third party organisers and contributors to host virtual events. BusinessGlobal.com hosts these virtual events and collects the information described below on behalf of such third parties. Please be aware that any information you share on any publicly available portion of BusinessGlobal.com or with third parties, including without limitation your pavilion, instant messages, forum posts, blogs and business cards – or any other information you provide to sponsors, associates, co-organisers, visitors or other exhibitors – may be collected and used by others without restriction. In addition, depending on the type of event, some of the following fields may be displayed throughout BusinessGlobal.com: first and last name, company, and avatars/images. Third parties may enable attendees to search for and find other attendees based on registration information. If you associate your actual name or other personally identifiable information with your first and last name, company, and avatars/images, the people to whom you have revealed such information will be able to personally identify your activities on BusinessGlobal.com. “Cookies” Information: When you access BusinessGlobal.com and/or our individual exhibition websites, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer. BusinessGlobal.com may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser, while a persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to BusinessGlobal.com.
